Fried Peking Chicken with Century Eggs
A delicious recipe using:
🌿 Ingredients
- 2pcs Whole Chicken (2kls)
- 6pcs. Star Anis
- 300g Leeks Cut Into Cubes
- 5og Cilantro Leaves
- 10g Cloves Garlic
- 1pcs. White Onion Cut Into Quarters
- 1tbsp Dark Mushroom Soysauce
- 1/2c Oyster Sauce
- 2ltrs Water
- 50g Potato Starch (For Thickening)
- 500g Brown Sugar
- 1tbsp Seasoning
- 1tsp Salt
- 5g Black Peppercorn
- 1c Soysauce Kikkoman
- Baguio Pure Coconut Oil
📋 Procedure
- Simmer water, oyster sauce, water, oyster sauce, soysauce, kikoman, sugar, seasoning, salt
- pepper, star anis, leeks white onion.
- Add the chicken and boil for 30 minutes.
- Place the chicken in a drainer and let it cool.
- In a pot, Heat BAGUIO PURE COCONUT OIL.
- Deep fry the chicken until crispy.
🥣 Sauce
- Boil the remaining liquid until thicken.
